Top 10 Fairy Tail Strongest Characters – Hey guys!. In this post, I’ll be discussing a list of Top 10 Fairy Tail Strongest Characters. I’m only including those characters who shown during Tartaros arc and their feats. So let us count down from weakest to strongest.
10. Erza Scarlet
Erza did quite a lot during the Tartaros arc. She able to defeat one of the strongest Tartaros member Kyoka and also defeated Minerva when she became a demon.
9. Silver Fullbuster
Silver devil slayer magic gives him an advantage against demons. He was able to freeze a whole Sun village along with the Eternal Flame. So if he’s to go up against demon, his magic type will give him an advantage.
8. Laxus Dreyar
Laxus was poisoned during this arc and because of this, he was unable to fight at full power. However he was still able to defeat Tempester the demon of natural disaster.
7. Jellal Fernandes
Jellal didn’t really do much in this arc, but the little he did was amazing. He was able to overpower the entire Orocion Seies guild members and bring them into submission.
6. Gray Fullbuster (Tied)
Gray was absolutely amazing in this arc. It is as if the arc was meant for him. He held his own against his father and after acquiring “Devil Slayer Magic” from him, he was able to defeat Mard Geer with the help from Natsu.
6. Natsu Dragneel (Tied)
Initially Natsu was no match even for Base Mard Geer, however, when he used “Dragon Force” he completely overwhelmed Mard Geer, but eventually ran out of magic power probably because it was his first time to use his “Natural Dragon Force”.
5. Celestial Spirit King
The Celestial Spirit King is the strongest of all Celestial Spirit, and he’s around the power level of Mard Geer or a little weaker. He was able to fight equally with Mard Geer when he was summoned by Lucy in the Tartaros Arc.
4. Mard Geer
The strongest among the Tartoros Demons. He initially struggled in base form against Natsu and Gray but after transforming into his Etherious form, he easily overpowered Natsu and Gray until they had other ideas.
3. Zeref Dragneel
Not that Zeref did anything in the arc, but we all know how strong he is. His reputation alone is enough to always him in every list.
2. Igneel
The only one who had the guts to take on Acnologia at that time was Igneel and even though he was defeated by the latter, he succeeded in severing an arm. He wasn’t even at full power.
1. Acnologia
There’s no doubt Acnologia was the strongest during this arc. As previously stated, he was able to defeat Igneel the Fire Dragon King and the strongest Natural Dragon.
