Let This Grieving Soul Retire Anime Shares New Key Art and Trailer – Hey there anime fans, the new anime Let This Grieving Soul Retire, based on a comic fantasy light novel series, has just shared exciting updates. The Story Behind the Series

Let This Grieving Soul Retire is about a group of treasure hunters during a golden age of adventure. Krai, the main character, and his childhood friends dream of becoming the best treasure hunters, but Krai soon realizes he isn’t suited for this risky life.

While his friends pursue their ambitions, Krai wishes he could just retire and leave it all behind. This struggle between dreams and reality adds a humorous and heartfelt twist to the story.

Production Team and Art

The series is directed by Masahiro Takata at Zero-G studio. The character designs are crafted by Yusuke Isouchi and Shingo Fujisaki, with music by Ryohei Sataka. The key art features Krai and his friends, striking dynamic poses against a dramatic cloud-filled sky, hinting at the adventurous spirit of the series.

Availability

The light novels, written by Tsukikage and illustrated by Chyko, are published in Japan by Micro Magazine and are also available in English through J-Novel Club.
