Story and Setting
Nina the Starry Bride is adapted from the manga serialized by Kodansha in Be Love, a magazine aimed at a female audience. The story follows Nina, an orphan who has eyes the same shade of blue as lapis lazuli, much like the eyes of the recently deceased Princess Alisha.
When Prince Azure of Fortna notices her resemblance, he decides that Nina will take the place of the late princess and become the stand-in bride for Sett, the first prince of a neighboring kingdom, Galgada.
As Nina steps into this royal role, she becomes the Priestess of the Stars, carrying the weight of an important title. While her fate is uncertain, Nina finds comfort in being needed. The story explores her journey as she navigates royal politics, love, and loyalty, with many destinies intertwining along the way.
With its compelling mix of fantasy, drama, and romance, Nina the Starry Bride promises to capture the hearts of viewers this fall.
