Fresh Cast Announcements
In addition to the visual, three new cast members have been announced. They join the already revealed voice actors Ayumu Murase (as Liam), Tomokazu Sugita (as Lardon), Haruka Tomatsu (as Asuna), and Saori Hayami (as Jodi). The new additions are:
- Scarlet, voiced by Shizuka Ito (Tortura in ‘Tis Time for Torture, Princess)
- Raymond, voiced by Takehito Koyasu (Zeke in Attack on Titan)
- Mysterious Girl, voiced by Rie Kugimiya (Happy in Fairy Tail)
Behind the Scenes
Based on the light novel series by Nazuna Miki and Kabocha, this fantasy anime is directed by Kenichi Ishikura (Sakura Trick) at studios Marvy Jack and Studio DEEN. Tatsuya Takahashi (The Faraway Paladin) is responsible for the series composition, while Midori Otsuka and Alisa Okehazama handle character designs.
Story Overview
The story follows Liam Hamilton, who appears to be the son of a noble family in decline. However, in reality, Liam is a regular middle-aged commoner who mysteriously finds himself reborn as a noble after a night of drinking at a tavern. Now, as the youngest son of a count’s family, he has the chance to fulfill his lifelong dream of learning magic.
But the Hamilton family is on the brink of financial ruin. With his newfound magical abilities, Liam must figure out how to save his family’s reputation and fortune before it’s too late. Will he succeed or return to being a commoner?
This mix of magic and high-stakes challenges promises to deliver an exciting and engaging story for fantasy fans.
