The Story of Good Bye, Dragon Life
The original light novel series, written by Hiroaki Nagashima and illustrated by Kisuke Ichimaru, has 24 volumes and has also been adapted into a manga series by Kuroro. Both the novel and manga have been popular in Japan, with the English version of the manga released by Alpha Manga.
Crunchyroll will stream the anime internationally, covering regions such as North and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and the Indian subcontinent.
The story centres on Dolan, who was once the most ancient divine dragon. After being slain by a human, Dolan reincarnates as a human himself, living a peaceful life in a quiet village.
His calm days take a turn when he meets Celina, a half-human, half-snake creature, and together, they form an unexpected friendship. But as challenges arise, their bond is put to the test, making Good Bye, Dragon Life a tale of adventure, friendship, and second chances.
