Dr. Stone: Science Future is Coming Back in 2025 – Hey, science and anime fans. Guess what? Dr. STONE is coming back for another season. They just announced it at a big event in Japan called the Stone Festival. The new season is called Dr. Stone: Science Future and it’s going to start in 2025. That might seem like a long way off, but it’ll be here before you know it.
This new season is going to be split into three parts. In anime-speak, they call these parts ‘cours.’ So we’re getting a lot of new Dr. Stone to look forward to.
What’s Dr. Stone All About?
If you’re new to Dr. Stone, It’s about a super smart guy named Senku. He wakes up thousands of years in the future to find that all humans have turned to stone. But Senku’s not giving up. He uses his big brain and science know-how to try and bring back civilization. It’s like a crazy mix of science class and adventure stories.
Crunchyroll, a big anime streaming site, says they’ll be showing the new season when it comes out. They already have all the old seasons too, so you can catch up if you want. They’ve released a teaser picture for the new season. It’s not much, but it’s enough to get us excited.
What’s Happened So Far?
Dr. Stone has been around for a while now. The first season came out in 2019, then we got season 2 in 2021, and season 3 in 2023. There was even a special episode about a character named Ryusui. So this new season in 2025 will be the fourth one.
So, whether you’re a long-time fan or new to the series, there’s a lot of Dr. Stone to look forward to. It’s a fun show that mixes science with adventure in a cool way. Get ready to see what kind of crazy inventions Senku comes up with next.
