Rurouni Kenshin’s New Updates for Season 2 – Rurouni Kenshin’s new version of this classic show is getting a second season. It’s called “Rurouni Kenshin Meiji Kenkaku Romantan: Kyoto Dōran” (that’s Japanese for Kyoto Upheaval). They’ve just shown us a new picture and video to get us excited.
We got to hear the new ending song It’s called Suikōsetten and it’s sung by a group called NOMELON NOLEMON. The song will play at the end of each episode for the first part of the season.
When and Where Can We Watch It?
The new season starts in October. It’ll be on a Japanese TV channel called Fuji TV, in a special time slot called Noitamina. The good news is that the show will run for half a year without any breaks.
Some lucky fans in Japan will get to see it early. They’re showing it in movie theatres in Tokyo and Kyoto on September 22. These cities are special because they’re like the start and end points of Kenshin’s journey in the story.
Who’s Making the Show?
A bunch of talented people are working on this new season. Yuki Komada is in charge (he’s the director), and he’s working with a group called LIDEN FILMS. Many of the people who worked on the first season are back too, like the person who writes the story and the ones who design how the characters look.
What’s the Story About?
If you’re new to Rurouni Kenshin, It’s about a guy named Kenshin Himura. He used to be a deadly fighter, but now he’s trying to live a peaceful life. The story is set in Japan a long time ago, and it’s full of action, adventure, and cool characters.
